Delete Your Account

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account will permanently erase all your data including businesses, customers, products, invoices, expenses, purchases, and returns.
Option 1 — Delete directly from the app
This is the fastest way. Follow these steps inside the Biztracker app:

Open the Biztracker app and sign in to your account.

Tap the "More" tab in the bottom navigation bar.

Tap your profile card at the top to open your Profile screen.

Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account".
- 5
A confirmation dialog will appear. Read it carefully, then confirm by tapping "Delete" to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
Option 2 — Request via email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What gets deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed:
- Your account credentials and profile
- All businesses you created
- All customers and their ledger data
- All products and inventory records
- All invoices and invoice line items
- All expenses
- All purchases and purchase items
- All returns and return items
- Your subscription plan association
We do not retain any of your personal or business data after deletion. Backups containing your data are purged within 30 days.
